Is it handmade — will mine look exactly like the photos?

Yes, and not quite. Each piece is made by hand, so small variations in tone, grain or finish are normal — the mark of the maker, not a flaw. No two are identical.

How should I care for it?

Care varies by piece — see “Dimensions & care” on each product. As a rule: hand-wash glass and copper, wipe marble, porcelain and leather, and keep everything out of the dishwasher.

Where does it ship from, and how long does it take?

We ship from within Europe, usually within 2–5 business days across the EU. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it leaves us.

What if it arrives damaged?

We'll replace it, no fuss. Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes — within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is on us.

Do you gift wrap?

Everything arrives wrapped in cloth and recycled board, ready to give. You can add a handwritten note at checkout.
